
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dark chocolate chips
- Dark chocolate, melted
- Dates (I used 12 dates)
Directions:
- In a blender add cottage cheese, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
- In a bowl, add chocolate chips to cookie dough mixture and stir.
- In a dish open dates and either using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten dates until they become one. Spoon cookie dough mixture on top.
- Drizzle melted chocolate and set in the fridge to cool.
- Cut into desired bar sizes and enjoy!
