
Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons spicy mustard
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
- 3-4 tablespoons siracha
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (you can use mayo if you prefer!)
- juice of 1 lime
- scallions, sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- red pepper flakes
- 1 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Directions:
- In a bowl mix together cucumbers, onion, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cover and let sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Spread mustard on salmon fillets and season with your seasonings. Air fry for 15-20 minutes at 400 or until fully cooked.
- While salmon is cooking mix together yogurt, sriracha and lime juice.
- Once salmon is cooked plate your meal and top with you sriracha sauce and scallions.
